For those of you who follow me, you know that I absolutely adore my Grandfather. He is the ultimate accidental Zen Master and I love him for that. I visited my grandparents last month for their 72nd anniversary and my grandfather made his famous baked apples. I knocked off the recipe myself but took out all the added sugar.
